A visionary servant leader, Scott has more than 40 years of experience implementing systems and processes that enable person-centered population health management. In 2007 he founded SMC Partners, a technology and human performance consulting company that later became Hyphen. Scott previously spent 25 years with Andersen Consulting before leaving to serve as the Executive Vice President of eExchange, a dotcom startup based in London.

A strategic and innovative product leader, Suzanne leads Hyphen's product teams, which design platform capabilities in collaboration with payers and providers. Suzanne has over 30 years of experience in healthcare technology including owning her own consulting firm where she delivered product solutions to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, NASCO and ConnectiCare in areas of enterprise data, concierge service, and broker- and member-facing applications.

A technology leader with a bias for action, Praveen leads engineering teams at Hyphen and oversees development and delivery of all products built on the Hyphen Platform. Prior to Hyphen, Praveen led mobile, web, data and API teams in Healthfirst. He has over 17 years of experience in software engineering, architecture and delivery and has launched several products and solutions in multiple industries while working in companies like Capgemini, Avon and Computer Associates.

Craig has over 20 years of technology experience in the healthcare and social service industries. He joined Hyphen in January 2007 as the company’s first Director of Technology and has served as CTO since November 2013. Now with Hyphen, he played a pivotal role in the launch of the company’s payer-agnostic digital platform and is committed to furthering the Hyphen mission.

Sheri has more than 25 years of experience in data management solution design and implementation. She joined Hyphen in 2003 and currently serves as Director and Head of Community Health. In her role, Sheri has led product development and delivery of SaaS-based, integrated data management solutions to community-based and accountable care organizations, with the aim of addressing social determinants of health and building healthier communities. Prior to Hyphen, she spent six years as a project manager with Accenture.

Chad has more than 15 years of experience helping clients design and implement technical solutions, with a focus on the development of health information exchange (HIE). He joined Hyphen in 2008 as technology manager. For the past five years, Chad has engaged with Medicaid initiatives that leverage HIEs to enhance digital communication, increase efficiencies and improve quality of care for high-risk populations.

Mary has over 20 years of experience working in business and healthcare consulting and is adept at creating streamlined efficiencies and improving productivity. As Director of Program Management at Hyphen, Mary leads Hyphen’s design, development, implementation and clinical workflow integration for partner hospitals.

With over a decade of leadership and management experience, Katie thrives on finding and implementing solutions to challenging problems. She joined Hyphen seven years ago and works on a variety of projects including process improvement, system design and testing, and business analytics for payers and community-based organizations. Prior to Hyphen, Katie was a leadership and wellness director at a university, and has also coached collegiate field hockey.

Kiah has over 10 years of experience serving clients across the healthcare ecosystem, from payers to public health organizations. She joined Hyphen in 2018 to support the team’s work with accountable care organizations and payer partners. Prior to Hyphen, Kiah’s most recent roles include managing a CDC grant in Massachusetts aimed at reducing health disparities, and leading product and program design for key customers at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

Andrew has over 10 years of experience in human-oriented design, healthcare consulting, and policy work. He joined Hyphen in 2017 as a business consultant, supporting a variety of clients in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. As Lead Designer, Andrew manages UX/UI design for Hyphen’s product team, ensuring brand and visual standards are translated seamlessly across applications that meet the diverse needs of Hyphen’s users.
